Fast delivery, very pleasant taste, very effective, i am sitted in an office almost all day long and by the time I am done, the sun has set. Ironically, recent health check results shows that ME who lives in Sunny Singapore is Vit D deficient, this supplement came in handy, moreover it comes with Vit K2, which is a bonus. I have been on it for the past 3 months and took 3 caps mixed with 180ml water each day to make up to 1800 IU i need. Highly recommended to all
