The efficiency of absorption is also affected by the digestive system. All substances go through a degradation process (breakdown) before they can be passed through the opening from the stomach to the small intestine for absorption. The digestive process can cause some substances to lose some nutritive value, and this whole process takes time!
The advantage of an isotonic solution is probably now becoming clear! The addition of vitamin D and magnesium aid in the absorption and utilization of calcium. Isotonix Calcium Plus does not need stomach acid to be utilized. It delivers calcium solution in a form that is more readily absorbed by the intestine. Its natural lemon-lime flavor makes it taste good. Market Singapore's Isotonix Calcium Plus delivers calcium and other beneficial nutrients through an isotonic system of delivery.
Individual response varies.
Milk is a good source of calcium. Other foods rich in calcium include vegetables, such as collard greens, Chinese cabbage, mustard greens, broccoli, bok choy and tofu. Calcium is an essential mineral with a wide range of biological roles. The skeleton has a structural requisite and acts as a storehouse for calcium. Apart from being a major component of bones and teeth, calcium helps to maintain healthy muscle and nerve health. Sufficient calcium is necessary for maintaining optimal bone density, healthy bones and teeth.
Foods rich in magnesium include unpolished grains, nuts and green vegetables. Green, leafy vegetables are rich sources of magnesium because of their chlorophyll content. Meats, starches, dairy products, refined and processed foods contain low amounts of magnesium. Magnesium helps the body to build healthy bones and teeth, and to maintain healthy muscle. It works together with calcium and vitamin D to help keep bones strong.
Manganese is a mineral found in large quantities in both plant and animal matter. Dietary sources of manganese include whole grains, nuts, leafy vegetables and teas. Manganese is concentrated in the bran of grains, which is often removed during processing. Only trace amounts of this element can be found in human tissue. Manganese is predominantly stored in the bones, liver, kidney and pancreas. It aids in the formation of connective tissue and maintenance of bones. It plays a role in supporting fat and carbohydrate metabolism. Refined grains provide half the amount of manganese as whole grains.
Vitamin B2 can be found in liver, dairy products, dark green vegetables and some types of seafood. It serves as a co-enzyme, working with other B vitamins. It supports red blood cell and the nervous system. Vitamin B2 is water-soluble and cannot be stored by the body except in insignificant amounts. It must be replenished daily.
The best food sources of vitamin C include all citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruit, lemons and tangerines), strawberries, tomatoes, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, peppers and cantaloupe. Vitamin C is a "fragile" vitamin and can be destroyed by cooking or exposure to oxygen. Vitamin C supports cardiovascular health. Vitamin C has become a popular vitamin. Since it is water-soluble, vitamin C is flushed from the body each day. As humans may not always eat foods containing an adequate amount of vitamin C, taking a supplement can help in supplementing diet.
Regular sunlight exposure is the main way that most humans get their vitamin D. Food sources of vitamin D include vitamin D-fortified milk, cod liver oil and fatty fish, such as salmon. Small amounts of vitamin D are found in egg yolks and liver. Vitamin D helps in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and supports calcium absorption and storage. Vitamin D works with calcium to support bone health.
Boron is a mineral found at high levels in plant foods such as dried fruits, nuts, dark green leafy vegetables, applesauce, grape juice and cooked dried beans and peas. Boron is found in most tissues, but mainly in the bone, spleen and thyroid. Boron may play a role in supporting bone health.
Potassium is an electrolyte stored in the muscles. Foods rich in potassium include bananas, oranges, cantaloupe, avocado, raw spinach, cabbage and celery. Potassium is an essential mineral that helps maintain fluid balance in the body. It also plays a role in a wide variety of biochemical and physiological processes. Potassium is important in supporting healthy cardiovascular, muscles and nerves health.
Everyone needs calcium. It may be difficult to ensure adequate intake of calcium in their daily diet. Calcium is helpful in supporting and maintaining bone health. It's important in the activity of many bodily enzymes, and it aids in the contraction of skeletal and cardiac muscle. Taking a calcium supplement can help to maintain strong bones if you do not consume sufficient calcium in your daily diet.
How much calcium should I take?
The recommended dietary allowance (RDA) suggested for adults is 800 to 1,000 mg per day.
I'm not an elderly woman. Why should I take a calcium supplement?
Calcium plays a huge role in supporting many major bodily processes. Young women need more calcium to support the building of bones. Pregnant and lactating women need extra calcium, which is 1000 mg/day.
What is the suggested age to begin taking Isotonix Calcium Plus?
Isotonix Calcium Plus is for anyone 18 years of age or older.
Why should I choose Isotonix Calcium Plus?
It is because of the Isotonix delivery system. The advantages of the isotonic solution is probably now becoming clear! When an isotonic solution enters the body, it will be absorbed into the bloodstream rapidly. With isotonic fluids, little nutritive value is lost, making the absorption of nutrients efficient. An isotonic fluid is nature's own nutrient delivery system. Individual response varies.
Why is there a sandy residue left in the cup after mixing with water?
To ensure that our solutions reach the point of saturation, regardless of the pH or mineral levels in water, we have maximized the formulation amounts so that every serving of Isotonix Calcium Plus contains the correct amount of calcium. The residue left in the cup is due to over-saturation, which is common in tap water with a higher pH level or a higher mineral content.
Does Isotonix Calcium Plus contain pork or pork products?
Is Isotonix Calcium Plus manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility?
Yes, this product is manufactured in a GMP-compliant facility.
