It became my family fav too
Growing up, I always saw my mum consuming fish oil from different brands, I honestly disliked it because of the strong smell & aftertaste. But Heart Health Omega 3 completely changed my perception of it.
Although the capsule is slightly bigger, there’s little to no strong fishy smell, which made it so much easier for me to consume consistently.
I started taking it during my first pregnancy, and that was when I personally noticed how much it helped with my ‘mummy brain fog’ and overall alertness. But above all, my favourite part was how healthy and glowing my skin looked while consistently taking it.
Now, my parents are consuming it too, especially my dad, as it has helped support his knee arthritis. I’ll let them share their review!

Best omega oil
very pleasant and odourless, high in DHA and EPA level compared to most other brands in the market. Great value for money since this is a 2 months supply.
