Three mechanisms of action:

  1. Supports sensitivity to leptin, a hormone involved with hunger signals, by its ability to enter the brain and signal the stomach that it is full. * 
  2. Supports levels of adiponectin, a hormone closely related to glucose regulation and insulin sensitivity. Insulin helps the body store glucose correctly. Mix: Add one stick pack with 6 fl oz (180 ml) of hot or cold water and stir until dissolved. Use more or less water depending on your personal preference.

I'm not a big fan of slimming or health supplements, but when I was recommended this tea, I really enjoyed its unique flavour. It has a calming effect, so I've been drinking it every day without fail. After three weeks of daily consumption, I've lost 1 kg, which is no easy feat considering I don't diet or exercise much.
Definitely going to order another round box of it!
